Meditation: The evolvement of awareness that leads to the silent knowing of yourself, and beyond.
Encoded into every modality and philosophy of meditation is an experiential exploration of a part of you that most of us spend very little time with: the deep quiet places within. The transformative power of meditation begins with the daily practice of simply stepping into the silence of this still space.
We offer a weekly program of classes that is open and encouraging to curious beginners while also providing an atmosphere that will deepen and broaden an already established practice.
We also host speakers and presenters offering weekend seminars, classes and events. Topics, dates and times will be posted throughout the year.
We look forward to sitting with you!
