Sitting In Stillness: Introduction Class to Meditation

Beginning January, Tibetan House will be offering monthly series in Sitting in Stillness meditation practice. The first Thursday and Friday of every month will be an introductory class on Sitting in Stillness. The following Thursdays and Fridays of that month will be progressive practice, each class building on the previous class.  You are welcome and encouraged to participate continually month to month.  Drop-ins are welcome if you have previously participated in the instructional class.  As a meditation practice rests on continuity and consistency, we encourage you to participate for as many months as you would like.

Following Thursdays: Progressive Practice
$30 a month

Friday, January 4th – 25th
10:00am – 11:00am

Drop in: $10

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.  Doors closed promptly at start time.
