Meditation Class Schedule at Tibetan House

Starting January 2019
Monthly Series of Sitting in Stillness Meditation Class
Beginning January, Tibetan House will be offering monthly series in Sitting in Stillness meditation practice. The first Thursday and Friday of every month will be an introductory class on Sitting in Stillness. The following Thursdays and Fridays of that month will be progressive practice, each class building on the previous class. You are welcome and encouraged to participate continually month to month. Drop-ins are welcome if you have previously participated in the instructional class. As a meditation practice rests on continuity and consistency, we encourage you to participate for as many months as you would like.
Drop-ins are welcome if you have previously participated in the instructional class or participated in the previous Tuesday night class.
