Soothing the Influence of Stress and Anxiety
A day of practices that will benefit you in times of stress and anxiety, lack of sleep, heartache, overwhelm, deadlines, etc. All practices are easy to learn, easy to remember, easy to implement any time, any where. All you have to do is choose to do them! If you do them often, perhaps there will be less stress in your life and more health and well-being as you gain experiential know how of how stress and anxiety can deplete your body of energy.

Retreat led by Gael Thompson, Co-owner of Tibetan House.

Gael is a practitioner of Inner Space Techniques, an experiential modality for evoking and exploring awareness beyond the limits of the ordinary mind.  Gael is also a practitioner of NeuroKinetic Therapy, a bodywork modality that reestablishes neuromuscular integrity.
